Sunday registration process

Arrive at the race HQ (pavilion) and pick up your race number which you must attach to you run top. Feel free to limber up outside the pavilion and soak up the atmosphere.  The race organisers will walk you to the start line at Cave Castle before the race. From then on, it's all about waiting for that starting gun to go off. The rest is up to you! 

Saturday : Race number pickup 2-4pm

To help skip the queues on race day, you can pick up you race number on Saturday (25th) before the race from the South Cave Library. The Saturday pickup will help you skip the Sunday queues. This pickup is only open from 2pm - 4pm.  The library only has a small car park. Click here to see the South Cave library on Google Maps

Sunday : Race day itinerary

7:00am - Registration opens (pick up race number) @ Pavilion
8:30am - Registration closes @ Pavilion
8:45am - Race director’s briefing @ Cave Castle
8:50am - Pavilion car park closes
9:00am - Race start @ Cave Castle
10:30am - Prize giving & Pavilion car park reopens
11:30am - Course closes
